Since the pandemic, we’ve made a conscious decision not to put all our eggs in any one particular basket. That means we don’t specialise in a particular sector or industry. Likewise, it also means a more fluid, agile approach to our work. That goes for our recruitment too.

We’re building a hybrid team made up of permanent employees and associate partners, together with some of the very best suppliers we’ve got to know in the business.

This provides us with a flexible and responsive team of brilliant people that can come together when needed. It’s the kind working balance that allows us to jump on a new client pitch, respond immediately to an emergency issue, and basically, never leave a client hanging.
